Preparing a strategy offsite or a major decision?

When leadership teams call me

  • A strategy offsite is coming up, and you want it to end with decisions everyone can act on
  • A major decision is on the table, and the future it depends on is uncertain
  • Your strategy was built for one future, and you are no longer sure it will hold

Decision Lab

A focused session on a single decision that matters. The shorter the session, the more thorough the preparation needs to be. After a preparatory call, I draft the decision question, the options and several plausible scenarios, and send a short pre-read to all participants three days in advance. In the session, we confirm the question, stress-test your options against those scenarios and agree on next steps and the early signals that tell you when to adjust. You leave with a documented decision map.

Strategy Offsite

Before the offsite, short interviews with participants turn a list of topics into the decisions that really need to be made. During the offsite, we map what drives your situation, test your preferred direction against different futures, build and assess options and commit to clear responsibilities and checkpoints. Afterwards, you receive a visual decision map and a commitment sheet, and we review progress together six to eight weeks later.

Advisory and project mandates

For strategy and innovation projects that need an experienced hand for a defined period, on site or remote.
